Gorse Removal - The backhoe will be on the right hand side of the 1st hole removing invasive gorse in coming days.
Greens – Greens have been cored and sanded (Monday 28th). Waiting on some good weather (sun and heat) to get the greens growing. Mower height is set at 6/7mm. We will progressively reduce the height as the greens thicken up.
Tees – Most tees are in good condition, 5th still under repair. I will put all the corings on this tee and level it, should take with the cores.
Fairways – All the fairways have been scarified, should promote new growth. They benefit more if we fertilise all fairways.
I will get quotes to fertilise all the fairways and to look at erection of sponsor sign frame on Ladies 10th tee bed.
