Pictured above are volunteers Ray Lowe and Jim Brumby and Course Superintendent Warren West.
Other regular volunteers are Terry Gardner, Graham Midson and Noel Johnson.
When next you play the course, regardless of your score, appreciate the many hours, effort, sweat and tears these guys put in to make Exeter Golf Course so highly rated across the state.
We are very lucky to have them!
Warren's Report - Around the Course:
Watering – We are still having issues with the water system, on-going with Alpha Electrics trying to work it out.
Cleared trees on the 4th hole dam wall. Dead tree near path will be next.
Thanks to Terry Gardner for continually whipper snipping and cleaning up around the course and to Graham Midson for clearing the back of the 2nd.
I will endeavor to get to the gorse on the 1st when time permits and the ground is firm enough for the backhoe.
